Why Leadership Day

We believe the Irish ecosystem will be more competitive and resilient when our leaders are supported and equipped to thrive.

2026 may include challenges like:

• Scaling up with Ireland's improved tax credit
• Increased risks from global uncertainty
• Studios evolving with new technologies and workflows

We want a space for dissecting these issues, building a network who can help when the pressure is on, and reminding ourselves that leadership starts with the self and knowing our values.

The event is inspired by Portside Assembly and IGDA Leadership Day whose curation and focus we admire.

Leadership Day is run on a not-for-profit basis by Kybolt and a small event committee, with the backing of our generous supporters.
